I have taken several of Julie’s classes and have followed her for years because her style of teaching is so thoughtfully caring. Not only does my body feel refreshed but so does my mind and spirit, but not in a cult/pseudo spiritual way.  Her classes are like a practical life coach session.  Finally, after years I attended her retreat which was the same experience turned up a several notches.  She is a professional who prepares for a class but has a great sense of the room to adjust as necessary, and somehow her inclusive strategy makes you feel like you are the only one in the room. I also appreciate her path of investing in herself to continually learn which is evident in her skillful use of a variety of props. Julie raises the bar for both herself and her students.  ​Jenna
